Private accounts and links that don't open
During processing, private accounts, deleted posts and links that don't open are filtered out automatically, and any undelivered quantity is refunded to your balance automatically. You don't need to check anything before ordering.
If counts decrease
There are no refill products. If counts drop because of Instagram challenges (security checks), our own automation recovers the accounts and the counts come back. Recovery can take up to 7 days, selfie verification up to 3 hours, and permanently banned accounts are hard to recover.
Topped-up funds
Topped-up funds can't be refunded (withdrawn) individually. All refunds go back to your balance, which you can use for your next orders.
Top-up bonus
Top-ups of $300 or more get a bonus based on the amount. Like your balance, the bonus can only be used for orders.
Account token
The token is the only way to sign in to your account and cannot be recovered. We can't compensate for balance lost because of a lost token, so please keep it safe.
