Which panel software is it compatible with?
Any panel that supports the standard SMM API v2 with key and action parameters can add us as a provider right away.
Is the API price different from the website?
No. Orders through the API cost the same as orders on the website.
What happens if the count drops?
We don't sell refill services. Instead, if counts drop because of an Instagram challenge (security check), our own automation recovers the accounts and the counts come back. Recovery can take up to 7 days. Selfie verification is also handled automatically; in that case recovery can take up to 3 hours. However, permanently banned accounts are hard to recover.
Does the account need to be public?
Yes. Keep it public until the order is completed. If it turns private during the order, the work stops and the remaining quantity is refunded to your balance.
Can I get a refund on my top-up?
Top-ups can't be refunded or withdrawn. If an order is canceled or partly delivered, the remaining amount is returned to your balance only, and you can use it for your next order.
How do I pay?
It's prepaid. Top up your balance with USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network, and each order is deducted from that balance. Payments are usually credited within 1 to 2 minutes. Undelivered quantity is refunded to your balance.
