You can follow orders in progress in your order history, with the start count and remaining quantity. If an order is only partially delivered or is canceled, the remaining quantity is refunded to your balance automatically.

There are no separate refill products. Instead, if counts drop because of Instagram challenges (security checks), our own automation recovers the accounts and the counts come back. Recovery can take up to 7 days.

Selfie verification is handled automatically too, in which case recovery can take up to 3 hours. However, permanently banned accounts are hard to recover.

You don't need your Instagram password. A public profile or post link is all it takes, and it's best to avoid sites that ask for your password.

Keep the account public and don't change your username until the order finishes. If it turns private or the link disappears midway, the work stops and the remaining quantity is refunded to your balance.

We recommend testing with a small quantity first, then scaling up. Ordering the same service for the same link several times at once mixes up the progress counts and makes them hard to track, so place the next order after the previous one finishes.

Your API key is issued when you sign up. It uses the standard SMM API v2 format (services, add, status, balance), so you just add the URL and key to your panel, bot or script to connect, and the same prices as the website apply.
