Sign up without a name or email, and no password is asked. This page explains exactly what information and cookies STAR SMM Panel keeps about accounts, orders, top-ups and customer support.
You can sign up without a name, email or phone number. Account tokens are stored only as hashes, and API keys are stored as a hash and an encrypted copy so you can view them again on the dashboard. We also keep the sign-up time, device type (phone, tablet or computer), site language, first page visited, and a hash of the sign-up IP.
For each order we keep the service, the public link you entered, the quantity, price and status, so you can check all your orders. No password is needed.
For each top-up we keep only the amount, payment address and transaction ID.
Paying customers can use support tickets on the dashboard, and conversations are kept with your account so you can see them in one place.
We use three small cookies: one keeps you signed in, one remembers the site language, and one remembers the first page you visited. There are no ad trackers, and visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
Order information is used only to process orders. Access to the site is protected by Cloudflare.
When this policy changes, we post it on this page, and it applies from the time it is posted.
