Your account is a single access token, created without an email or password. Whoever has the token can use the account and balance, so keep it safe. You can create up to 3 accounts per network.
Terms of Service
STAR SMM Panel terms: account, USDT top-ups, order processing, balance refunds, API use and usage rules.
Orders
Orders need only a public account link or post link, and no password is asked. Once work on an order has started, it cannot be moved to another link, so please check the link before ordering.
Order processing
Start time and speed are listed in each service's description. If counts drop due to an Instagram challenge (security check), our own automation system recovers the accounts and the counts are restored.
Price
Prices are in US dollars per 1,000 and are listed on the price list. Orders are charged at the price shown when you place them.
Payment
Your balance is topped up with USDT (TRON, TRC20) and does not expire. The balance is used for orders and is not paid out to a wallet, and refunds go back to your balance under the refund policy.
API
The API follows the same prices and rules as the website. Your API key can use your balance, so keep it safe.
Usage rules
Use the service for accounts and content that follow the law and each platform's rules. Accounts used for abuse or fraud will have their use restricted.
Customer support
Customer support is provided through tickets in your account after your first top-up.
Changes to these terms
When the terms change, we post them on this page, and they apply to orders placed after they are posted.
